If Alexander III becomes Russian Tsar earlier (due to an earlier successful assassination attempt on his father), is there still a Russo-Turkish War in 1877-1878?

AFAIK, Alex III was more peace-loving than Alex II was.
AIII became an emperor after he got a taste of a real war (1877-78) with all related problems (it was grossly mishandled and so was the following peace). If he inherits the crown before 1877 he is much younger and lacking this experience so his general attitude toward the war can be quite different.

So, in all likelihood, war still occurs in 1877-1878?
