Idea: Eastern Poland falls into the hands of the Soviet Union during the 20s

So here's an idea I have, after a less devastating battle of Warsaw, the Soviet Union manages to defend, and hold onto the Eastern half of Poland. I think this has the advantage of changing world diplomacy significantly, while not igniting a second great war between the entente, a rearmed Germany, and on the other side the Soviet Union.
Some questions i have about this
1. Where would the capital of the new Polish state be.
2. Would there even be a new "East Poland", or would it just be absorbed as the Polish SSR.
3. Where would the boarder be.
4.Would it help revolutions elsewhere. Hungary is one place that comes to mind for this.

If Vistula is the border, land between Vistula and Curzon Line will propably become Polish SSR with capital in Białystok. Capital of free Poland is moved furthert west-to Poznan perhaps. But it's rather unlikely scenario, more likely is border along Sazanov line-Białystok, Chełm and Przemyśl go to Soviets (there is possible for Soviets to somehow justify annexation of those lands to Belarussian and Ukrainian SSR, no need for Polish SSR), lands west of Lublin stays in Poland. Anyway there will be one interesting effect-German-Soviet border!

If there are still Baltic states and Finland around and Romanians holding Bessarabia, basic impetus for M-R pact would still be there. Greatly diminished, granted, but with all the ingredients for a deal, even without partition of Poland.

If the Communists are serious about setting up a Polish entiety on the limited territories at their disposal, they might put its capital in Lvov instead of the tiny Białystok. Not being Russian nationalists, such an option need not be abhorrent to them. The Ukrainians around the city could then receive some sort of 'Central Galician ASRR'.

The Curzon Line boundary was actually one Churchill didn't consider an unjust claim on the USSR's part, which may be a barometer of how the West would view that boundary. OTOH it would give the USSR a chancier issue with any further expansion it'd attempt if it had such a boundary.

Well it would definitly help revolutions in Poland. I see a more Fascist government in "Free" Poland, probably pro-german once the Nazi's gain power.
Can't be pro-German, as Germans will demand most of their territory(if Poland ends on the East on Vistula). A fascist one would try to foster better relations with Czechoslovakia(Polish nationalist were big on neo-slavism) and Italy.
