ICWI: Will Germany be kicked out of the E.U.?

At the moment, Europe is looking to Germany, which is nothing but a problem zone. The future may well see Germany leaving the Euro, or even the European Union. And more and more people may notice that Germany's culture actually is too different from the other EU countries (except for Austria, obviously) to justify leaving them in. Something will have to be done sooner or later. We can’t let those f*cking Huns drag the rest of E.U. states into financial oblivion down with them.

O.O.C.: this was inspired by this thread, where the OP implies that Greece is not “culturally European”. How can we get a scenario where people blame Germany as not being “culturally European” and thus their E.U. membership being a “mistake”?

You could have Germany join the EU on a later date than the French, Italians and Spaniards. But then again, what's the use of an EU without Germany?

I fail to see how Germany could be seen as less European than, say, England.
Without Germany as the largest net payer, the EU would be unfeasible, to boot.

The purpose of EU was for Economic Powers like Italy, Spain and Greece to have more integrations and less chance for war. Economic backwaters like Germany and France are just extras in the Southern Powers' great show!

Get it? This is what this timeline is for.

Have East and West Germany be joined together
and neutralized, then bring themselves into an economic union with the Finlandized countries such as Sweden and Austria, perhaps even Switzerland.

Fucking Huns? Why not just call them Nazis and get over with it. Why not go the extra mile in bad taste?
OOC: Not sure if your comment is IC or OOC. I went with Huns because it brings forth mental images of Asiatic barbarian hordes pillaging Europeans. Nazis wouldn't work because they are not seen as "non-European".

I fail to see how Germany could be seen as less OOC: European than, say, England.
O.O.C.: And I fail to see how anyone can call Grecee, Italy and Spain culturally non-European in face of their contributions to Europe's history, philosophy, literature, fashion, music, art, etc.

That's assuming no other nation can take the economic place of Germany ;)

It was very much OOC. Posting from "another universe" doesn`t make such remarks any less wrong.

You exaggerate. Spain has been fairly fragmented in the past and dealing with getting their own house in order while the Greeks had Classical civilization a few thousand years ago, and the Italians... Their contributions varied, though it seemed to be a giant college at times.

IC: They will never manage to keep things going. Sicily, Andalusia, Sardinia, Genoa, Thrace, Epirus... All falling to the hoard of Muslim immigrant wielding scimitars and welfare forms. These cultures they are dealing with are too trusting in nature and would not say no to anyone even if it meant a drain on their national treasure. This is why gypsies managed to make off with Venice's Horses of Saint Mark and replace them with those from the Brandenburg Gate on their wacky spring break road trip.
