1944. I took off the Roman outline from Italy (Italian Social Republic) as at this point it's just another German puppet.
Still trying my hand on the format.

Subdivisions of each, plus a bunch of other optional goals. Everything past 5300 BC is optional and could be done later. Now that both World Wars are mapped, there's something I'd like to work on before I go on: planning the rest of the maps by dividing History into periods.
It's a personal interpretation, so take it for what it is. As usual, if anyone has any suggestion, opinion, flame, feel free to comment.
Here's how it works: History in general will be divided into four big eras, that will be divided in their own right into smaller ages.
The four main eras are:
THE ERA OF KINGS (From Ancient Egypt to the Minoans, approximately 5300-1650 BCE)
THE ERA OF WARRIORS (From the Micenaean to the Romans, approximately 1600BCE-313CE)
THE ERA OF PROPHETS (Late Antiquity, Middle Ages, Early Modernity, approximately 313CE-1760CE)
THE ERA OF SCIENCE (mid-1700s to today)
The four main eras are:
You guys are quite ambitious.Subdivisions of each, plus a bunch of other optional goals. Everything past 5300 BC is optional and could be done later.
I see you also used the Roman-era Europe blank map I did for Diverging Longitudes.
Now, wait till I start discussing the AgesSubdivisions of each, plus a bunch of other optional goals. Everything past 5300 BC is optional and could be done later.

That's quite likely, as the Goddess-Empress Victoria is sure to play a major role in some future Steampunk Grimdark scenario, maybe alongside Primarch Holmes and Nemo Mechanicus1836 — Victoria 2!
Thank you! Yes, Southern Italy is still Byzantine (though here the Byzantines are more widely recognized as the Romans (大秦) (Dà qín) rather than the Byzantines (拂菻) (Fú lǐn)Southern Italy is a Roman territory
Might be a little tricky to do a cyberpunk scenario with that
- Middle Kingdom
But you can still make a grimdark, or horror scenario, something like the MummyThank you! Yes, Southern Italy is still Byzantine (though here the Byzantines are more widely recognized as the Romans (大秦) (Dà qín) rather than the Byzantines (拂菻) (Fú lǐn)

Let me sort out the protohistory first. The necessity may arise to add some new color there. I'm planning to do some editing to Sheardforest's list. While I have no plans for Westeros, I was planning to map the Age of Conan from near the beginning, and Middle Earth could be given a go too. When could we do some more progress on the addendum?
Not so far. Sorry, I was in bed with some illness, but I still managed to do some research.Any updates on the historical map series?
