Hungarian-Romanian War

After Germany defeated Soviet Russia, an unfinished business emerged(Northen Transilvania) that Antonescu wanted back as well as other territories(Southern Dobruja, Serbian Banat and Timoc). How would a war between Hun-Rom would look like(offensive, army strenght/manpower, Croatia and Slovakia involved)Germany would stand asside.
If you post please add a map wich shows the actions.
ex: i will add a map that shows how would Europe will look if the germans win(from google pictures, nazi europe)

thank you.

Well, the Romanian Army was one of the larger ones among the non-major Axis powers. Assuming Germany does stay out of it as you said, Romania would probably win in a bloody war versus Hungary and Bulgaria. That's the thing though, I can't imagine Germany just standing by as their sphere of influence fights amongst themselves.

-Third Axis Fourth Ally, after Italy capitulated Romania become Second Axis:D
-Bulgaria will not enter in a war with Romania, if she enters Turkey will respond with actions.

How could Romania regain territories they never possessed in the first place?

Bulgaria would have every interest in fighting a irredentist Romania with Hungary rather than alone. And why would Turkey attack an Axis ally?

What's the POD here? It looks as if it happened in 1943-44; Britain and southern Italy are out of the Nazi sphere of influence, which implies that the Normandy invasion failed or was never carried out.

Well by force of course and Romania was suppose in ww1 to have banat and timoc, because in this territory the romanians form the majority, it never happend and the territories was splited.

Well, Turkey was the only country that respondet to Romania call in the event of a Soviet invasion.

Turkey did nothing when Romania was threatened by the Soviets, so I don't see what you mean by this.

The Turks confirmed several times that they were willing to declare war on the Soviet Union if Romania decides to fight. However, the Romanian government decided to evacuate the provinces without a fight.
