humphrey, earl of Buckingham survives

Been doing some reading recently and was looking at Thomas of Woodstock. The youngest son of Edward III he got into an argument with his neohew Richard ii and ended up being murdered or executed. However he had a daughter who would give birth to the Buckingham staffords and a son Humphrey who died I 1399. Humohrey was said to be sickly, so let’s assume the pod is him being born healthy what consequences could emerge from him surviving?

Would he get along with the Lancastrians? Or was there a dispute over the Bohun inheritance?
I think he could get Along with the lancastrians though one imagines there would be tension of the bphun inheritance sooner or later o also imagine he’d be petitioni g for his fathers dukedom

I did have this thought that perhaps he'd perhaps be treated kindly by Henry IV, due to his relationship with Thomas of Gloucester, and I can see Henry arranging a marriage between Humphrey and a member of the aristocracy who supported him, perhaps to Margaret FitzAlan?
