Huiwen vs. Alexander

Huiwen of Qin ruled, OTL, from 338 to 311 BC.
He was the boy who, as an 19 year old, avenged Shang Yang for punishing him and his teachers.
He also was the man who OTL in 316 BC would successfully conquer Shu and Ba.

What was Qin army like in mid-320s?

Suppose that after his Central Asian campaign, in 329-327 BC, Alexander takes the other turn.
Instead of southeast, to India, he marches northeast along Silk Road, and winds up in China.
The first state he encounters is of course Qin.

What would happen?
