HRE Colonies

Here's the challenge, have the Holy Roman Empire have a significant amount of colonies under its name, also no shenanigans with Spain, other than purchase and conquest.

Maybe keep Spain away from the Netherlands and have it remain a part of the HRE only. Assuming the 30 years war and Westphalia are not butterflied, you could end up with a Netherlands that pursues a similar colonial strategy as they did OTL, but is also technically part of the HRE.
