How would U.S.-Soviet relations have differed w/out intervention in Russian Civil War

If the U.S. had decided not to intervene in the Russian Civil War after the end of WWI, how would U.S.-Soviet relations have differed later on in the century? How much of an impact would this have had on the Cold War and WWII?

Probably a little less paranoia on the Russian side. It would make a difference if it ever came to direct economic or military cooperation.

U.S. Involvement was limited enough that it likely doesn't effect the civil war itself much. The Bolsheviks will still win with only slightly less effort and bloodshed. But only slightly. Really the fact that the U.S. Opposed the revolution matters far less than the fact the U.S. Was capitalist.
