Soviet influence in Europe is a lot stronger (unified, communist Germany, communist Benelux countries, Turkey, Greece, Finland, Italy, Austria and perhaps a communist North/East France and a communist Denmark, along with a pro-USSR Yugoslavia and Albania) but has minimal influence in Asia, Latin America, the Middle East and in Africa, not having more than three allies in all of those areas.

Without China, vietnam, etc they have minimal influence in the rising powers or asian markets, this will be a huge blow to the soviets as the Americans will presumably have a KMT China ally leading to an earlier age of made in China, the soviets are essentially left with the ruins of europe from WW2 to occupy, without something similar to the marshall plan these areas will quickly become disillusioned with Communism, US also still has influence over the UK and Britain, as well as Greece, Turkey, etc leading to an age of American Dominance, I also imagine there will be a greater sense of US-Japanese friendship than OTL and perhaps reconciliation between China, Japan and Korea, leading to the rising Asian dragons.
The US now has the tactical advantage in the cold war in terms of resources, population, manufacturing, etc while the USSR has the strategic advantage in case of a land war in europe.
