Interesting how Trotsky can raise emotions today, not at least among our British posters/comrades.
I do not want to become part of any old battle between Trotskism and any other left wing fraction, life is too short for that kind of stuff, but I actually do have some experience with "modern" Trotskist - that will say the 80's. I was then active in the Socialdemocratic Youth Organisation here in Denmark (that has passed over since - both youth and socialdemocratism
) and we experienced a growing number of Trotskists trying to infiltrate and inspired or guided from Sweden and UK. They did follow a very tight "schedule" however so it wasn't so difficult to identify and exclude them. That kind off solved the problem in Denmark but judging from what I now hear from Corbyn most of the alarm lights from then would be flashing.
