But Trotsky would not invade Poland, Finland, Nazi Germany and other nearby countries in Eastern Europe and Central Europe. He was not a madman adventurer.

Well he was very much a World Revolution type of guy and would have planned carefully to spread Soviet influence across Europe whether it by backing existing communist movements in Germany, France and Spain for instance or outright invading these nations like what he attempted to do with Poland in 1920 and likely Finland seeing how the Soviets tried to make it red.
