So, assume that Napoleon ultimately decides to destroy Prussia for good after his victory at the Battle of Friedland in 1807. The Duchy of Warsaw would still be created.
How would he divide the spoils? Here's what i think:
My guess is that a rump Hohenzollern state would linger on in most of Brandenburg, with a corridor to connect Berlin to Stettin.
Pomerania, Upper Silesia, the Vistula estuary, parts to the north of Middle Silesia, and Warmia (which was once part of Poland) and some chunks of southern Ducal Prussia would be given to the Duchy of Warsaw.
The northern remainder of Ducal Prussia would go to Russia, just as a thrown bone to Tsar Alexander.
Perhaps Lower and most of Middle Silesia would go to Austria, to keep them sweet. If not, these could be given to Saxony.
Is this at all feasible? What are the effects of a destroyed Prussia on the remainder of the Napoleonic Wars?

Bump.
If Napoleon is still either kicked out of Eastern Europe or defeated outright, will there be an effort to restore the Prussian kingdom?

Napoleon was going to keep the Hohenzollerns in Brandenburg, give Silesia to Austria, Pomerania to Sweden, West Prussia to Warsaw, and East Prussia to Russia.

There might be something called Prussia, but I can't see Austria giving up Silesia unless they got something very good for it. Why would Austria want to restore its main rival for dominance in Germany?

Maybe not Austria but the rest of europe will have an interest to keep Austria in check.

The question is, how would they do that?

If there's no Prussia post-1807 and Napoleon is still defeated, then odds are Austria will have fared better in the Napoleonic Wars and thus be a bigger player at the peace table.

Maybe the idea pitched during Polish-Saxon plan goes through TTL? Brandenburg gets all of Saxony (along with regaining Posen, East Prussia, and West Prussia) and the Wettins are put in charge of a Kingdom of Rhineland comprised of the OTL Prussian Rhineland + Luxembourg.

Yeah, i personally don't see how the Austrians would not profit from a partition of the Prussian pie, especially if they get such a valuable slice as Silesia (or at least most of it).
If a concession of Silesia to the Austrian Empire ends up convincing the Kaiser and his retinue that an alliance with Napoleon would be fruitful, could we see the Austrians willingly turning a blind eye to Nap's personal intervention in Spain in late 1808? If he's able to stay there a bit longer rather than having to return to the Rhine frontier in preparation for another war in 1809, he might be able to properly crush the Spanish rebels and cure the Spanish ulcer for good, at least for then.
Or would the Austrians still wish for more, such as a shared influence with France over the Confederation of the Rhine (which could be technically unacceptable to Napoleon, considering his strategic thinking)?
