How would Italia Redenta fare?

The question is simple. How would Italy do economically, militarily and strategically, and how would she act internationally if she had all her "Terre Irredente"?

(With this term, i mean Nice, Savoy, Corsica, Venezia Giulia with Istria, Fiume, Dalmatia, Malta and eventually Italian Switzerland.)

I talked about it on some Facebook groups, but most people agree that most of these regions are worthless economically and that not much would change. Honestly, i disagree, but i'd like to know the opinion of some more expert people.

Corsica and especially Malta are pretty important for their position in the Mediterranean. Italy's an even more important player in the region, and the British would have a lot more trouble if the two powers had to fight.

The main question is: when?
It's hard to imagine it after WW1 with a victorious France, but please go on.

Suppose the Germans win the Race to the Sea in 1914, and Italy decides that since they seem to be winning, they'll honor their Triple Alliance obligations in 1915. Later on there's a managed breakup of Austria-Hungary and Italy gets Istria, Fiume and Dalmatia. That accounts for most of what's needed.
