How would a Slavic/Celtic-dominated world be possible and what would it be like?

Okay, so ancient history isn't my specialty, so excuse me if I'm a bit inaccurate in my assessment of the world, but it seems like Romance and Germanic cultures seem to be the dominant cultures throughout the world and have been for a long, long time.

How would it be possible for the Celtic and Slavic cultures to become the dominant cultures of the world instead? What would this world look like?

Sorry for such a short and vague post, I was a bit pressed for time and was kinda just wondering.

Kinda we are, the British Empire did colonize the world, they took a lot of Celtic settlers with them.

The trick would be both preventing Roman takeover of Gaul, southern Germany and Iberia AND somehow still have Slavic migrations.

Slavic cultures are very dominant. Heck, Russia is the second or third most powerful country right now.
Yeah they are, Slavic languages are the most spoken natively in Europe, with Romance being a close second and Germanic a close third, their problems stem from the last century, not some sort of long history dating to the middle ages.
