How would a german civil war in 1936 play out?

it is 1936, Hitler have been in power for two years now. Let's say that the schwarze Kapelle and some monarchists officers throw the country into civil war to remove Hitler from power by force. What is going to happen? If the nazis are succesfully pushed from central germany, can they create a separatist state in Prussia?

Well for starters, why was he overthrown? Did the French threaten war over the re-militarization of the Rhineland? Did the economy suddenly collapse? What happened?

I think a German Civil War would be quick..
Either the south succeeds or who ever joins Bavaria wins.

The North wouldn't all side with Berlin either. Most of the German army while loyal, might swing away depending on circumstances . Little corporal and stuff

The monarchists officers unite under the belief that Hitler will lead Germany to destruction, as Lundendorff predicted.

It all depends on factors of how Hitler came to power. Most of the military leaders tolerated Hitler because he was a legitimate leader. If his beer hall putsch succeded, then yes they'd be in. If not, there has to be proof that the ends of a rebellion will be more beneficial to the German people.

But what exactly is the POD to cause this to happen? France standing up to Germany? Hitler forgetting to purge some important enemy like Kurt von Schleicher? The MEFO bills backfiring and bringing down the economy?

... Germany chooses "Oppose Hitler" national focus?

On more serious note, I think OP's question is about "how", not "why".

Hitler forgetting to purge some important enemy like Kurt von Schleicher is a good idea.

The Nazis were probably never as firm in power as they were around 1936.

A civil war without a good PoD is almost unimaginable at this juncture.
