How would a drive through Berlin look like if Hitler won?

How would have Berlin looked like in the Greater Germanic Reich during the 1960s-1970s? Would most proposed planned buildings such as the Arch of Triumph, Großer Platz, or the Volkshalle have been completed by then?

According to Speer, Hitler planned to have Berlin rebuilt in time to be the host site of the 1950 World Fair. Whether or not it was realistic is another question entirely.

The soil in Berlin needed a substantial amount of stabilization before construction could begin. Speer had a test body built near the site of the Arch. It sank 7 inches in 2 1/2 years, which was in excess of what was acceptable. So, the truly massive structures would have required a great deal of preparatory work, perhaps even connecting the structure's foundation down to bedrock. Alone, the marshy and sandy Berlin soil would not support construction of the sort Hitler envisioned.

Hmmm, I can't recall out of my head the construction details, esp. from the engeneering side, but some of the improvements of the 50ies and 60ies on armed concrete construction might have helped lowering the weight esp. on the Arch of Triumph (maybe not constructed 'massivly' but as a hollow construction) as well as the Great Volks-Halle.

According to Robert Harris' Fatherland. The book was heavily researched, so I'd say it's a realistic version of the Nazi plans for Berlin. I emphasise plans as (as pointed out by others) the soil of Berlin isn't suited for the massive construction projects Speer had planned.

I can't find the exact quote right now but at one point Hitler said that every few years a group of Slavs should be brought and led throughout Berlin so as to demonstrate the glory and marvel of the Third Reich.
