How to do Economic Warfare

Imagine if the USA and USSR turn their Cold War to economies, meaning business to expand their sphere of influence.
How would they do it?
I'm more interested to how would the Soviets did it, and what would happen if the two economic expansion clash.

Thanks in advance!

Purposeful organization of Ponsi schemes my the KGB on the American free market (causing speculation bubbles).

Massive forgery of US currency and its distribution worldwide (increasing inflation).

Support of large US businesses in subverting competition to create monopolies on the US market (and subsequently, market failures).

Constant smear campaigns regarding the practices of US enterprizes in regard to OSH and enviromental hazards to lower their competitiveness.

Theft of patents and infringment on other intellectual property rights, providing them to competition.

Buyouts of energy sector enterprizes (powerplants and power grids) only for the purpose of shutting them down.

Theses are just a few thoughts.

Both sides did lots of economic warfare against the other. Grain and oil were the two biggies.

Here was the crusher for the Soviet Union:
Reagan got the Saudis to seriously glut the market in the 80s. This tanked the world price of oil and massively crunched the Soviet Union, which desperately needed the foreign exchange to maintain its economy. With a higher price of oil, the USSR might have survived longer.
