How Soon After German Victory In WW1 Will Things Settle Down?

Was there any plan for this? We have a pretty good idea of German War plans thanks to the September Plan and such, right?
There was talk of giving French Flanders to Belgium during the early weeks of the war. Because it relied on a quick end to the conflict, I'm unsure if it was still considered beyond 1916. However, I can guarantee that they will be losing Belgian Luxembourg, and if at all possible, the Belgian Congo to Germany. The latter is what Germany wanted most in the first place.

The Austrians might create a tripple monarchy by adding Poland to the Empire but giving it similar rights as the Hungarians in an attempt to minimize Hungarian influence. This may lead to the withdrawl of Cisleithania from the Empire which would leave a Polish-Hungarian Empire in its stead with a healthy fear of Russia.
How would taking half of Austria's land weaken Hungary, especially after they went to such efforts to separate the Polish nationalist aspirations from those of the Ruthenians? They had been wanting to have Bosnia combined with Croatia.
