Territorially, that is. The only info I have on that is vague references to the old Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, but just what does that mean? Does it mean the 1699-1772 borders? Did they want Courland? Latgalia? Warmia?
Were they serious about the tripartite division (Poland-Lithuania-Ukraine) and how many Ukrainians would have gone with it? Could they have gotten a Saxon on the throne and would they have wanted him if they could, given how the last one turned out? Would a Romanov have been acceptable? A Habsburg? An actual republic? What's the latest POD for the uprising not to happen at all? If it could only be delayed, what's the longest possible delay?
