How much did Conde's presence in Spain lengthen the war with France?

At least for a while, Louis of Conde, a.k.a. Le Grand Conde, will be Louis XIV in my TL (Anne of Austria dies in childbirth instead of having her 4th miscarriage but the child dies before Louis XIII does, Louis remarries to Nicole of Lorraine and invade to unite the two but the no sons - Gaston dies in battle in his rebellion against Louis XIII).

Because of this, obviously he's not going to joint he Spanish army. (I also figure he marries higher than Richelieu's niece, Armand can have her. I doubt he'd put off marriage till after Westphalia, though, would he? Their dad lives till 1646 as Henri V the Space Filler so I guess it's possible. OTOH, Luisa Christina of Svoy, if the arrangement isn't made to marry her to her uncle to end the regency question, would also work, but would he be forceful enough to insist upon her? It would put France in a position to control Savoy, too.)

Anyway, with him and Turennes both fighting for France and not embroiled in fighting each other for a time in 1652, how much faster does the war with Spain go? On Wikipedia, at least, it mentions he wasn't able to do much against France because of Spain's antiquated system, but even so, adding him to France's list of generals would still speed thigns up, right?
