How many Nations could be formed out of Mexico

In the aftermath of the American Civil War a Mexico has hit insanely hard times and it ends up a civil war that gets put down by the US to keep it from spilling over the border. The US annexes Baja as its largely no one there along with the Sonora Panhandle. But it decides that Mexico as it was is never going to hold so it basically Balkainize Mexico. I see the Rio Grande, Yucatan, Sonora, Chihuahua, and Zacatecas as their own nations. Is there any others that I'm missing?

Yucatan would definitely be its own nation. Central Mexico has a heavy population and would be a single entity. Strong change for a US dominated northern Mexico which is more desert, sparsely inhabited, and open to US economic investment. A very southern more indigenous polity in Chiapas and Oaxaca is also possibly, but most likely still part of the state around central Mexico.

Balkanizing Mexico likely puts Sonora and Chihuahua into the US as satellites or states, same for the Yucatan and former Rio Grande Republic. Zacatecas, Durango, Chiapas, and Sinaola also had revolts while Oaxaca will probably try to pull away if given a chance. In essence a central nation in the heartland of OTL Mexico might still exist or be gradually turned into polity of de jure independence and de facto US statehood. This might bleed into Central America as a result if the idea of Manifest Destiny continues fueled by such expansion.
