Have lost if they had launched operation Sea Lion. That is, how many divisions of men, tanks, warships, artillery, transports and such would be lost if Hitler had had his way?

All of them?

How many does he send? That's the question.

True.

The planning was all over the map, but presumably both airborne/air landed divisions and the initial wave of infantry divisions, so probably at least six to start... If they kept reinforcing failure, maybe as many as a dozen, with huge losses in the naval and transport vessels committed, plus the air forces, including most of the LW's air transport forces.

Best,

Probably 60-80,000 men, 1000 barges, 500 other vessels (both transport and naval) and maybe 3-400 aircraft. That's assuming the pre-condition of localised air superiority is achieved before the invasion.
