If the USSR was defeated and occupied to the Urals by the Reich sometime in 1941/42, how much longer than OTL would it take for the WAllies to achieve air supremacy against a far stronger and more powerful Germany/Luftwaffe?

How difficult would the strategic bombing campaign be ITTL once the number of flak guns, access to Soviet materials and resources, increased German fighter production, and dispersal of German industry in the East is accounted for?

There'd be a whole lot of concrete runway airbases sprouting in northern Persia at that point.

From there, even B-17s could range deep into Russia and eastern Europe.

Shifting production facilities from western Europe to eastern locations would take time and they'd have to scramble just to keep industrial output going at the needed levels during the moves.

Also, by knocking the Soviets out of the war this would enable the Allies to attack up along the Caspian as well as ensuring the Caucus oil fields are either retaken or at least are not back online for the German war effort.
