How long the Nazi Regime would last depend on what kind of succession they end up setting up. Hitler had some popular legitimacy and will have even more legitimacy if Germany have won, but this legitimacy doesn’t necessary transfer to his successor. It also depend on the institutions the Nazi set up and whether the average German have seen improvement in their prosperity.

The Third Reich could easily last into the 21st century if its politics follow the trends of other one-party states. There would probably still be pictures of Hitler's face everywhere, but the party would govern in a more technocratic style while steering clear of Hitler's wackiest schemes. The best OTL example is the CPC after Mao's death.
The position of Fuhrer might not even outlive Hitler, and it would be like OTL where President and Chancellor were two different positions again.
I would guess that the economy preserves many elements of capitalism like private property and market exchange, but many large companies would be state-owned or require the CEOs to be members of party that are supposed to work toward the 4-year plan's goals. The military budget is big unknown that would affect economic matters.

I think the Third Reich's lifespan depends on whether the USSR survived somewhat intact in Siberia, and whether USA and UK are hell-bent on killing Nazis and liberating Europe. After all, there are so many Germans and their stupid policies towards occupied territories didn't really encourage cooperation and obedience.

I don't think they would be able to last long. They would be in bad shape after the war and would have to go through a massive reconstruction. There would be much more foreigners within their borders, due to their now massive size. There would be massive organized rebel groups that would gradually peck away at the Nazi regime, millions more would be killed and this would only make these groups stronger due to their rage. Plus Americans and the allies would fund and support these groups. The regime would likely be forced to allow more rights for it's conquered peoples or face a massive war against it that would end it once and for all.
Maybe they would last to the 60s or 70s, but anytime beyond that I have a hard time believing that they could have modernized or liberalized with their racial attitudes.

Eastern Europe becomes the Wild West. German settlers forced to move don't want to be there already are attacked by partisans, the slaves given to them, and treated poorly by corrupt military leaders governing the annexed areas. German nationals are either kidnapped by angry resistance or try to flee in mass. Imagine a system being put in place by the German army to prevent its own citizens from trying to leave the country or conquered territories.

Where exactly are these partisans getting their weapons from? In this scenario, they control the Urals the Caucasian Mountains and Karelia. The only place where the allies could smuggle weapons through would be Spain and Turkey (neither of which would be willing to aid such an attempt).
Killing a leaderless unarmed unsupplied population who lives in a flat terrain is not that difficult.

They can be smuggled through the rump Soviet Union and German coastal areas. Don't forget the partisans will raid German supply lines also use those weapons against them. Imagine the forced German settlers and slaves bitter at Berlin and wanting to escape help create revolts to give these weapons out even if it means summary execution. Ways will be found. Covert agents sent from Britain and the United States will have their own means anyway.

Well, 'some loopy SS standard of Aryan' is rather easy to do, given that they made the Japanese 'Honorary Aryans' and considered nearly everyone else in Asia trash.
For example, maybe they begin sorting through West Slavs to find those with suffucient 'Varangian' ancestry to be tolerable by the Germans.
I think people are underestimating the Reich. The reason they built up such a large military-industrial complex was to fight the war that everyone knew was coming. At the end of a WW2 victorious for Germany, it would be spent. There would be no war left to do, besides the partisan struggle in the USSR. I think even Hitler might eventually realise that one shouldn't keep building weapons forever if there is no war left to fight.
Besides, even if Germans are not happy under Nazi rule and revolt in the sixties or seventies, the German state would not collapse. The Weimar constitution still existed, in theory Germany still was a parliamentary democracy. The Wehrmacht would likely side with the people, so that leaves the SS, who are far more fanatical but far fewer in number.

A Third Reich with "Aryanized" Eastern Slavs who have been "de Judaized and de Asianized" would probably be a superpower for much of the 20th Century on the basis of sheer manpower if nothing else, but given the cartoonish inefficiencies and institutionalized infighting that characterized OTL Nazi Germany, the whole thing will probably implode in 2000, assuming it doesn't fall apart from a Civil War started by infighting or reforms that took away a share of the economic pie, from say, the SS.
