As the title says, how long could the Almoravid dynasty last? It was one of the largest Islamic dynasties west of Persia and fell rather quickly. Any way to prevent the Almoravids from rising?

Berber polities were notoriously fractious entities. So, don't expect easy ways to make the Almoravids last longer. They would have had a somewhat longer reign had they not eventually suffered a number of sharp reverses fighting various Christian kingdoms in Iberia which led to losses in prestige, coupled with the rise of a rival Berber dynasty (the Almohads) at about the same time. The latter, eventually toppled them.

I know centralizing Morocco is a fool's burden but is there any way to increase government presence to crack down on revolts?

The government was tribally dominated by the Sanhaja Berbers. The revolt that overthrew them was by a rival tribe. So, it is an inherent aspect of the cultural structure that makes centralized control breakdown over time.
