In a situation where the Americans win the Revolution but fail to gel as a country (e.g. failure to meet to meet to revise/amend/supersede the Article of confederation), how long will it be before the before two or more of the ex-colonies start a shooting war with each other?
Would there be an era of good feelings that lasts through the lifetime of the revolutionary generation? Or would the reality of conflicting land claims and attitudes towards slavery, Europe etc. wear away the good feelings quickly?
Where do you see the war breaking out?
