When I read the American front series in TL-191 I thought that the central powers would still lose and we would have a kind of american Hilter, it is more than possible, Germany and the US couldn't join hands in a naval sense, Britian and France could still have won and then the Union would have to face All three allied powers

Well, let's assume CP defeat in Europe, and then the USA up against England, France, and CSA (let's also assume Russia is still in Red Revolution mode). More and more Barrels are thrown to the fronts. If the CSA still has Britain, they might keep on fighting after Memphis falls (unlikely), but they might also sign a peace treaty at the same time as the books. Leaving British Canada to fight the Yankees. And TR would crush the Limeys. Resulting in a Fascist Germany in the same TL as fascist CSA.
