How different would the central powers peace terms have been in WW1 from the OTL allied powers at Versailles?

That means that Germany gets colonies from the Entente and creating Mitteleuropa, with German hegemony on mainland Europe. Indeed, they had some plans with France, as they planned to cut its commerce with the UK by imposing a debt of 10 billion marks.

If Brest Litovsk is any guide it'll be very harsh but renegotiated about 6 months later to make the terms easier to achieve.
By that late in the war aims of the Reichstag were pretty mild in the west, the only things off the table were the gains in the East and the erection of punitive tariff barriers by the Western powers. Everything else that Germany had was negotiable, and they held the whip hand in order to do well in such negotiations. I'd suggest they'd get a lot of colonies to get an easy settlement in Europe.

I imagine they let France keep more colonies or give them to neutral powers. The UK they would have to likely bargain with to get back colonies and due to blockade(“peace with honor” while both sides throw weaker allies to dogs. UK Belgium and mainland Europe while it gets Congo and Arab lands because Germans might throw ottomans under bus to British who take out some losses on them).
Serbia might get completely absorbed by Bulgaria. Also anyone else see Italy pulling what they did in 2 and switching sides to get last minute claims on allies and minimize lost to Austrians.
