My question is how could any other British colony have joined the Revolution and become part of the US?

Namely: Canada (Nova Scotia, St. John's Island, Rupert's Land, New Brunswick, Quebec), Bermuda, the Bahamas, the Leeward Islands, Grenada, St. Vincent, Tobago, Dominica, Bay Islands, Cayman Islands

I think Canada could've joined if either a harsher Quebec Act could've thrown Quebec into the American camp, or in lieu of that, the Americans capturing it in one or two of their invasion attempts - I think I read elsewhere that there was enough Patriot sentiment to give them some sympathies there. I am unsure of the capture of Nova Scotia, outside of using Richard John Uniacke and Jonathan Eddy as instigators for the rebels there, giving the British some kind of insurgency there to bog down their forces and keep their navy supplies held up there.

As for Bermuda and the Bahamas, I'm thinking that using some of the sources here, and have the Americans hold the Bermudas in 1777, and hold the Bahamas in 1778.

Could there have been a PoD somewhere in the French and Indian War that could've set the Nova Scotians a bit more along the Patriot side of things? And for Quebec, are there any other potential PoDs?
