How can Spain save Perú?

How can Spain retain Perú as a colony?

A lot of timelines here that Spain retains its American colonies. If you are asking if just retaining Peru while Spain loses all other American colonies, I don't know how the rest of the American independent republics will let Spanish Peru be left alone.

What are a few good ones?

They should've courted the indios to fight the rebelling criollos. If they can't do that, no chance.

More natives fought on the loyalist side in real life.

In fact, there was a very active campaing to court the indigenous peoples in both sides. Loyalist priests "selling" the Cadiz Consitution to the natives in form of cathechism produced priceless pieces. Well, spanish priests promoting a liberal constitution is in itself priceless.

Now, military wise, there is nothing Spain can do once River Plate and Nueva Granada/Gran Colombia are lost, unless there is any kind of political arrangement. After Ayacucho, it's time over.

Coming to the peace table earlier regarding the other rebelling colonies might make it possible - if Argentina and Gran Colombia don't view Spanish presence in South America as an existential threat and Peru as a base for reconquest, they won't need to invade the still largely loyalist Peru. Not sure if it'd be enough, but it wouldn't hurt.
