The Kingdom of Bulgaria, formally established in 1908 with the formal independence of Bulgaria from the Ottomans (even though this was achieved thirty years prior) sought to expand its territory, along with the other Balkan Powers. This led to the First Balkan War, which saw Macedonia split between Bulgaria, Serbia and Greece.
Bulgaria however sought to see themselves as heris to Byzantium (alongside the Greeks) and wanted both the Serbian and Greek portions of Macedonia. This coupled with other territorial disputes and Bulgaria's diplomatic behavior saw the nation at war with virtually all its neighbors (and Montenegro.)
But enough on the political history, let's move on to what I'm on about. Can Bulgaria, who some call the "Balkan Prussia" ever hope to win against the Balkan Alliance (who already outnumbers Bulgaria by roughly 2 to 1) that stands against it? And if so, how?
