How can Bulgaria realistically win the Second Balkan War?

The Kingdom of Bulgaria, formally established in 1908 with the formal independence of Bulgaria from the Ottomans (even though this was achieved thirty years prior) sought to expand its territory, along with the other Balkan Powers. This led to the First Balkan War, which saw Macedonia split between Bulgaria, Serbia and Greece.

Bulgaria however sought to see themselves as heris to Byzantium (alongside the Greeks) and wanted both the Serbian and Greek portions of Macedonia. This coupled with other territorial disputes and Bulgaria's diplomatic behavior saw the nation at war with virtually all its neighbors (and Montenegro.)

But enough on the political history, let's move on to what I'm on about. Can Bulgaria, who some call the "Balkan Prussia" ever hope to win against the Balkan Alliance (who already outnumbers Bulgaria by roughly 2 to 1) that stands against it? And if so, how?

By not fighting the war in the first place, but that probably not the answer you are looking for is it? Still Bulgaria was trying to knock out two armies (three with Montenegro) comparable in quality to her own, that outnumbered it, while at the same time stripping off her borders with two other powers that she should have reason to believe, that they were going to jump her if they found the opportunity in order to mass still insufficient forces agains the Serbs and Greeks. All on Savov's claims that he'd take Salonica within 9 hours and enter Belgrade in 5 days from the start of the offensive, that the Greeks "were an army of merchant and peddlers" unable to stand up to Bulgarians and that the Serbs were similarly inferior. Grossly underestimating the enemy never helped anyone and any rational strategic calculation on the Bulgarian part should be pointing against starting a war (not to say keeping the League in place against Ottoman and Romanian designs)

Agreed the best bet would be for Bulgaria to shut up and wait for future developments. Maybe work on improving ties with Romania or another country to counter Serbia's gains and military. trying to go whole hog without anyone willing to aid them was just...stupid.

There is no chance of winning the Second Balkan War. There is a good chance of defeating the coalition of Greece and Serbia (consider that in OTL the Bulgarian army had managed to fight the Serbs to a standstill and was threatening to envelope the Greek Army) but this would require that the war be taken more seriously (the military thought that it would be something like a demonstration and the Serbs and the Greeks would buckle), that the civilian government actually approved of the war (they didn't in OTL, which meant further organizational problems and a period of chaos while the government was trying to arrange a ceasefire) and a better disposition of troops (in OTL the Greek front was covered with too few troops while on most of the Serbian border there were Bulgarian troops with practically no opposition). And of course there is no reason why Romania or the Ottomans should remain neutral.
