Does anyone have any idea of plausible German wargoals for a very early victory (1914) in the Great War? That is, if they capture Paris in July-August - the divergence is possibly a little ASB, that is, if Von Moeltke 'kept the right wing strong' so the Schlieffen Plan works. I don't think Russia would keep in the war much longer, frankly. Obviously, there would be no substantive changes (I loathe Fischer and his ghastly book, complete bilge and an unforgivable blackening of Germany's good name and the Kaiserreich). Any suggestions? Only Europe, please.

I'd presume a strip of land on the border, probably Verdun and forts, making Belgium client state and reparations.

I am not so sure about this. Germany and Austria had an interest in Poland, although they could not agree on what to do with it. One thing they did agree on, though, was that Russia should not get it back. If the CPs are victorious, they will establish a Polish kingdom either under a Wettin king or a Habsburg.
I am pretty sure there would be some adjustments in the Caucasus, too, in favor of the Ottomans. More or less depending on how well they do.

I have read that they wanted the French Cameroon and the Belgian Congo. That would give them a continuous strip of land that would be called German Middle Africa.
