Holy Roman Emperor title survival

How long could the title of Holy Roman Emperor (and for bonus points, the legal existence of a Holy Roman Empire) plausibly continue past 1806 given any of the following PODs:

1) No French Revolution
2) No Napoleonic regime or wars
3) A French defeat/draw at Austerlitz
EDIT:
4) No Francis as Kaiser

Well you pretty much have the main PODs covered. Without the French revolution or hell mainly a defeat at Austerlitz, the Empire and therefore the Emperor will limp along. Though Francis II not being the Emperor wouldn't make much difference.

Could a different emperor have a more favorable view of Napoleon and try to ally with him or stay neutral, or at least be different enough from Francis that Austerlitz is butterflied away? Say, OTL's Ferdinand III of Tuscany, Francis' younger brother, who was sympathetic to the First French Republic?

If Joseph II had lived longer you might have your man. :D He was one of the late 18th century "enlightened absolutists" and so would be much closer ideologically to the revolutionaries. His sister being Marie Antoinette, one could see war being averted and no mad ultimatums, at least partly in order to insure her safety.
