Holy Roman Emperor Joseph I married Wilhelmine Amalia of Brunswick-Lüneburg in 1699, the bride being some five years older than her husband, they had two surviving daughters in their marriage. However, if Wilhelmine dies after giving birth to their daughter Maria Josepha in 1699, who are other candidates that Joseph could marry?

Joseph has a younger brother, so it's not as if the succession isn't secured, however, they are about to enter the War of the Spanish Succession, so the desire to properly secure the succession would be important for both brothers. At the moment I'm wondering if perhaps Maria Luisa of Savoy could do as a bride, though of course she was born in 1688 and so would only be eleven when Wilhelmine dies.

Alternatively if that appears too difficult, if Joseph had had a surviving son, and perhaps avoided catching syphillis thus potentially living for longer, how might that influence things?
