Hitler committed suicide in 1923

Without its charismatic speaker, the Nazis gradually fracture and fade away into oblivion. ....
German right remains fractured, though perhaps in 2-3 major groups that fight it out for power and 1-2 get coopted by the Prussian clique around Hindenburg. Perhaps the SPD gets to form a government in 1933 without a united right wing. There is no real Nazi party. Stahlhelm might be the biggest right wing veterans organization by the 1930s. Perhaps Brünig could hold on without the Nazis around. There wouldn't be an analogue Hitler in 1932 to rally rile up the political situation, so perhaps the existing government could limp on, as the alternative would be left parties they wouldn't want to work with. WW2 is averted (at least as we know it).
Well, there was something of a ... possible alternative to the NSDAP after the Beer-Hall-Putsch :
The Deutsch Völkische Freiheits Partei with its very prominent and widely accepted leader in the far right völkisch community Albrecht von Graefe. They even teamed up with the then still very prominent Ludendorff.

In the aftermath of the Beer-Hall-Putsch it was a serious threat to the (in it hidden) NSDAP and probably/most likely only Hitlers charisma was the reason for the NSDAP not to vanish in it.

As a 'catch basin' for now homeless NSDAP guys many joined ... especially Gregor Strasser. Now let assume that - as Hitler's gone - Gregor Strasser executes his skills on propaganda as well as organisation to the DVFP ..........

I could imagine he makes it, maybe after renaming it to National Sozialistische Freiheits Partei (as OTL), into a political power almost as powerfull as the OTL NSDAP. With his political skills I could imagine Strasser to completly control it more ... silently.
It might be a party based more on (whatever/however formutated) ideology than on a single, godlike 'Führer' (the NSDAP had a lot of skilled and appreciated propagandists beside Hitler, though in OTL they faded compared ti Hitler).
I could even imagine him to switch his ideology (a bit) away from its socialistic and antisemitic propaganda after analyzing poor election results up to 1928 in spite of growing member numbers (that happened OTL in 1928 as well, btw.), making him and the party more ... interesting for the traditional rightish establishment.

IMO he would be able to make an almost as sensational 'win' in the 1930 election as OTL, though perhaps not hitting the 100+ Reichstags seats. He would most likely much more interested in some kind of cooperation with Brüning as Hitler was OTL (Brüning offered such a cooperation to Hitler, which the latter rejected).
Though this cooperation might cause some troubles with Hindenburgs reelction, as the SPD now might not back him. But I could imagine Hindenburg to be reelected on the second ballot nevertheless, if only with a relative majority instead an absolute as OTL.
Possibly becomming Vice-Chancellor after Hindenburg reelction and later even chancellor, as he would be much more 'acceptable' for Hindenburg than Hitler, especially more able to deal with the old man.

... sounds like an interesting ATL ...
