Hitler assigned to Willy Rohr's unit in WW1

Well, while its difficult to say precisely what impact a greater exposure to stormtrooper tactics would have yielded (considering the casualty rates on some of the stormtrooper units, he might not have survived the war), but I can say that the fact of his commanding officer being Jewish (or at least part) would have little impact in itself. Hitler's philosophy was not born of mere ignorance, he had been exposed to Jewish people at varying points in his life. Rather, it was bred from a later inculcation of radical ideology that altered his perceptions of them. While it is possible that the POD could butterfly away his philosophy by never allowing him to be exposed to such politics, it would have little to do with his commanding officer's ancestry.

Bizarrely TTL Adolf was recommended for his IC 2nd Class by a Jewish officer.

Guess if Rohr had bullied him rather than treating him well, he might have assumed that the Jews were Ubermensch and picked on another minority.

It wouldnt matter, the same way it didnt matter to Hitler that there were countless Jewish war heroes on the German side in WW1.

Could Rohr have become a father figure to the young Adolf?

I read in some story (The Little Admiral?) that when Adolf gains a father figure, who is able to steer him away from racial inequality, he becomes a stronger leader. Is it possible?

It's possible, but in that story anger was turned to the British after what they did to the Imperial German Navy.

Given the fact that the Austrian Hitler voluntarily served with the Bavarian Army, he only could have ended with Bavarian assault battalions 6 or 15, not with the Rhinelanders and Westfalians of Rohr's unit.
Because Hitler was a kind of lone wolf, the assault units - depending on close team work - either would have 'used him up' quickly - or sent him back to his parent unit.
