High Seas Fleet sails to Kronstadt

As we all know, the High Seas Fleet was at Wilhelmshaven in October 1918 when Scheer in a moment of madness ordered an attack on the Grand Fleet. OTL this caused the Wilhelmshaven Mutiny. Now what if Scheer had been removed because the Government had heard of his plans and it had been decided that the Fleet should be moved through the canal to Kiel to reassure the crews that no suicide mission was planned. However, while the Fleet is assembled at Kiel and around the time of the armistice, a much more serious mutiny occurs. The mutineers actually take control of almost all of the fleet and sail it to Kronstadt.

Had nothing to do with madness, it was coldly and deliberately planned. The fleet was to die so that the navy could live in future.

But to the question: No, not very likely. The mutiny was only directed against the sortie. For fear of punishment the mutineers had to carry on later.

The party people (Spartacists, USPD and SPD) arrived only post factum and tried to take over (sometimes successful, sometimes not).

If the danger of sortie and of punishment doesn't exist any longer, the sailors will just sit and wait.
Everybody knew in October 1918 that the war was about to end. Just sitting and waiting was what the sailors were used to.

Yes I agree. The Germans were so respectable! However, I was trying to imagine the USSR having a big enough fleet that they would have had to be part of the Washington Treaty.
