Hiawatha in the Horse Tribes.

What if the native American leader Hiawatha had been born to the Sioux in the late 1500's and had brought his charisma and organizational genius to the tribes of the Great Plains at approximately the same time they were acquiring the horse? How would history change if the tribes of the Great Confederacy were the Sioux, Cheyenne, Arapaho, Blackfeet and Comanche and were all mounted warriors of the Buffalo culture?

How exactly can you have the same person born to different parents, in a different country, in a different culture? I think that you might need to rethink your POD.

Hiawatha-analogue in the Horse Tribes is better then Hiawatha in the Horse Tribes, yes.

A) As noted by others you'll want an analogue instead.
B) The Sioux in the 1500s were in the process of moving from Wisconsin rice people to Nomadic Horse Peoples
C) Too much war the entire area was in a massive flux as horses arrived nd previously settled peoples transformed into nomads. Plus tribes were migrating into the plains from every direction (Comanche, Sioux, Kiowa etc.) and so it's not a good time to have this.
D) We don't know a whole lot about the individual tribes at the time of your POD. Many of them will have been wiped out in OTL by disease so it would be difficult to predict what this would cause.
