Hess accepted UK German deal

What if the Furher drops dead, upon hearing about the Hess Mission?
RH not only proposes an allience, but offeres to finance A Jewish state in
Palistine. The Holocaust, hadn't truly begun, inspite of all the Crusade
style prescution. My premise is that Hess, plan is accepted.
Hitler is gone, but Hess, guided by the miltary and Karl Hafhuser decides to implament Hitler's offer to "Preserve the British Empire".
My challenge is to figure out, how a authortarian but sane Germany, would
use it forces to protect and even expand the role of the UK.
Forget the war with USSR for now. Can anybody help me out on this?

There are two problems with this:

- first of all, it is extremely unlikely Britain will want to make peace on any terms short of a German withdrawal from all occupied territory. I can't see any agreement at this poinmt, Hitler or no Hitler.

- second, Hess wasn't anybody who was anybody. He had status derived from his early role in the movement, but his power base in the Nazi state was negligible compared to the real heavies. Thus even if he returns with a peace proposal he considers acceptable (chances for which are not good), the post-Hitler junta has every incentive to rebuff him in order to further marginalise his position and fortify their own. Not to mention that many genuinely thought he had gone nuts.

Esp if Hitler dies the British take the deal for Palestine, fuck the French, what did they care?

This is assuming the surviving Nazis still are offering it after they garrote Hess with piano wire.

Your problem is not with Hess accepting a British-German deal.
Your problem is with Churchill accepting it.
The Jewish issue will not affect the decision. Churchill will turn down any offer that doesn't involve Germany withdrawing to its 1937 borders and cuts in military strength. He might not demand a regime change, but I'm inclined to think he would.
So this should be moved to the ASB (=fairy tale) forum.
