Hereditary succession in surviving fascist states

Do we have any OTL examples of succession of a fascist state? North Korea, I guess?

The closest to that was the Kuomitang as Chiang Wei-kuo took power after his father death, however the Kuomitang is at the most a party with some fascist inclinations.

Note: Fascism doesn't have any more of an ideological bent towards monarchism that other belief systems.
Example: North Korea - a state we all politically avoid calling out as an absolute monarchy, even though it obviously is one.

I think Hitler had a vague plan for the succession of future leaders that would function like an elective monarchy, similar to cardinals choosing a Pope or the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth's aristocratic republic.. The leadership would select a subset of individuals from the party, military, and economic elite who would be eligible to elect one of their own as the next Fuhrer within a give time period after the last leader died or stepped down.

Going off memory, I believe Hitler outlined this same vague plan in Chapter IV of Volume II of Mein Kampf, Personality and Conception of the People's State.
