Henry VIII Early Supremacy Act, then Dies

Suppose that when Henry VIII was courting Anne, he already had an early version of the Supremacy Act out (minus OTL acknowledgment of his new marriage with Anne because that hasn't happened yet). And he's in France doing whatever Anne and Henry VIII did in France.

He is visiting the Duke of Orleans who has the English and French king together for 7 days of feasting. An hour after he left the Duke's court, he got into an accident that left him bleeding heavily. I don't know what kind of an accident. Say his carriage struck a hole and he fell out. Or maybe a horse kicked him in the face, but in that case the horse doesn't have a rider otherwise that rider is an obvious scapegoat.

Henry VIII dies before he sets food on English soil again.

Well what happens now? He didn't yet annul his marriage, but the break with Rome happened (thanks to TTL reordering). And then there is the fact that medieval thought accidents were "accidents." Since he was in foreign soil, that could be construed as a sneak attack.
