Henry VIII Doesn't Divorce CoA, Who Does He Marry Whebn She Dies??

I suppose that depends on whether or not Henry and Catherine have any more children, especially any sons. If he doesn't need his divorce, he probably never established the Anglican church, and so England either remains Catholic or an entirely different kind of Protestantism arises.
Henry had notoriously bad luck fathering healthy sons, but maybe he just had REALLY bad luck choosing wives.
An England that remains Catholic would drastically change the politics of the period.

He wasn't treated with any of the standard treatments for that kind of disease during his lifetime so it is pretty unlikely.

Assuming Catherine of Aragon dies in 1533 as in OTL and Henry hasn't met Anne Boleyn or hasn't fallen for her then it is unlikely that there will have been the great split with the Rome. Without Anne it is unlikely that Henry would have chosen Crammer for Canterbury and it is likely Wolsey has survived.
Wolsey tended to be pro-French and given the politics of the late 1520s he is going to push Henry into a French alliance and marriage.

Henry switched between France and Spain/Hapsburg throughout his reign - often to the distress of his first wife.
