Henry VIII dies in 1536?

That's utterly irrelevant if you believe Henry and Anne Boleyn's marriage was illegitimate in the first place, as Mary and Catherine of Aragon's partisans did. Whatever progeny results, they're inevitably bastards by that reading, as Henry's marriage to Anne was bigamous.

I'm not sure the concept of bigamy as we have it nowadays existed back then... with Catherine out of the picture, Anne's left as sole, uncontested consort. She had the endorsement of the Crown and (national) Church, while her enemies can only look to an disinterested/otherwise occupied Emperor abroad for nominal support ("support", ie, vague promises).

In OTL her enemies were less of dissented and more of, I guess reluctant. Anne and her family was hated by most of the country and abroad. I think there is a big chance of foreign intervention. For Emperor Charles, there's a difference between invading over a divorce and invading in support of your cousin and the catholic religion. Also the pilgrimage of grace broke out in October 1536 so this uprising might well break out sooner and with Mary as a figurehead it could succeed.
