Henry Fitzroy becomes King

Let's say Henry VIII legitimizes his bastard son Henry Fitzroy sometime after he is made Duke of Richmond in 1525, but before Henry VIII starts planning a second marriage (which was around 1528).

Would this make Fitzroy first in the order of succession? What of the plans to make him King of Ireland? What about the plans to marry him to Mary (yes, I know, half-siblings, but it was the Pope's idea)?

well hell need to marry dam quickly and survive long enough to produce a heir, otherwise its a largly mute point

Of course he needs to survive long enough to actually become King, but the first step to become King is being legitimized.
