Help me to finish a alternative history scenario

Is the year 1918 and the lingustic map of Europe look like this.

What happened here?

Except for the general 'Byzantine' in Anatolia and greater presence of Turkic languages in OTL Russia, as well as the strangely modern borders for the Germannic languages, isn't this essentially OTL.

Hungarians are stuck in Ukraine and their plain is taken by Pannonians (probably Gepids, I dunno). Bulgarians also don't exist.

Looks like a TL where the Bulgarian, Avar and Magyar invasions didn't happen.

EDIT: Oh, and Slavs are much more north and Severians are somehow by the White Sea. Probably Magyars attacked Kievan Rus' instead of the Balkans.

That is more: Look at Tunisia and Prussians.

Yeah, I noticed it too. In addition, Dalmatians are a Romance language, there is a fourth Scandinavian nation, "Jamtlandic", ancient Asia Minor languages are still holding on and Italy is screwed up.

This is definitely not created by a single event, that's for sure.
