Help me fill in the blanks...

So I'm working on a Central Powers victory TL (in my head, I still have to finish 20th Century Khan) and there are five POD's

1. America doesn't enter the War.
2. Italy joins on the CP side.
3. Germany wins with the 1918 offensives.
4. The Hindu-German Conspiracy succeeds but is put down after heavy fighting. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hindu-German_Conspiracy)
5. The German supported Persian coup succeeds and Persia falls to complete Ottoman control when Russia turns Bolshevik in 1917 and when the British are forced to surrender in Europe. So, does Afghanistan as it sultan joins the Caliph in "holy war".

And I still need to know about the following...

1. Can anyone give a brief description of what the possible political situation would be in GB, France, Germany, A-H and the Ottoman Empire immediately after a 1918 CP victory and what could happen from there? Also, please bring up names of OTL leaders and what they would do ITTL? Like who could end up British PM and French President ITTL?

2. What could the victorious CP's demand from the Entente? I'm quite sure the Germans would demand sizable chunks of Africa including Belgian Congo and Equatorial Africa but what else? What lands would the Ottomans demand back from the British?

3. I want the British Empire to experience an economic slump and a series of Republican secessions that is caused by two things: A. The Indian Revolt succeeds and erupts into a massive war. When the Great War ended for the rest of the world, Britain and her Empire still fights on in India, sacrificing many lives and resources. Germany, being the backer of the rebellion, says that it will call off the rebellion if the GB signs the Peace Treaty which includes the following demand. B. Germany demands separate reparations to be paid by each of the major Empire nations so the UK, Australia, Canada, S. Africa all have to pay separate reparations, causing a major economic slump throughout the Empire. Germany also says, that the moment these countries secede from the BE, they won't have to pay anymore so a resulting wave of secessions happens with Australia, Quebec and S. Africa declaring themselves Republics.

My question is which OTL Australian, Quebecois and S. African figures from that period could lead the nationalist-republican-secessionist effort in their country and then willingly lead it as a republic afterwards?

Why? After the Revolution, the Russians are taken out of the picture and the pro-German coup succeeds and there not expanding, they're just allying with the Shah.

The Arabian Revolts. A similar reaction by many Iranians. The political problems (The Ottomans were actually lurching from coup to coup- and most wanted to drop all but Turkey by the end of OTL's WWI.) The simple fact that the empire could not expand and adapt that quickly into such an area.

All I really need to happen is that Persia be friendly enough to the CP's to allow supplies from Germany to flow to Turkey to Persia then to Afghanistan then to India to continue the revolt. Is that possible? And again the Ottomans don't want to expand into Persia but just make allies out of them.

Well, in order for that to happen, the United States would have to lose its two cuasi belli, the sinking of the RMS Lusitania, and the Zimmermann Telegram, to get Mexico, into the war on the side of Germany.

Yeah, I think that goes without saying.

You're right. Without the sinking of the Lusitania and the Zimmermman Telegram, we wouldn't have gotten involved in World War I.

You already said that. Then my meaty friend replied, saying that we all know about what you said. So you say it again. It's like a DBWI post that has badly written infodumping.

Actually, this is just another shread of evidence that supports my new theory that Bard32 is actually a teenaged clone of Harry Turtledove.
