This just popped into my head again after all these years after seeing 1990’s sci fi punk thread. I recall looking through a book from the 90’s depicting various possible future scenarios. One illustration showed the Statue of Liberty surrounded by water while in the background you could see Manhattan with the Twin Towers protected by a sea-wall. Another showed an asteroid impact on NYC, again with the WTC visible. This might be from a different book but I recall another illustration showing a split image a city street. On one side a green-solarpunk-y future & a smog filled cyberpunk-y on the other. Does anyone else remember these illustrations or what book(s) they may have come from?
