Hebrew/Runic Alphabet?

Is it possible for a writing system to evolve that makes use of both Runic and Hebrew characters? If so, where would be the most likely place for this to happen?

Would Arian slavs work? Given that the shah of Cyrillic is essentially a Hebrew Shin - does one letter count?
Edit: Assuming Arian Goths using a Runic alphabet survive and are overrun by slavs/expand into slavic territory.

The Goths didn't use Runic after they where converted. They used the the Gothic Alphabet which was derived from Greek with a little Latin and Runic thrown in. Such an Alphabet would be mostly Greek like the Cyrrillic and Gothic. I was thinking more of a straight hybrid of Hebrew and Runic, kind of like how Yiddish is a straight hybrid of Hebrew and Germanic.
